Jennica Garcia was EXCITED when her daughter Athena Mori was super proud of her for being a “raketerang mommy.”
The story of the returning Kapusong actress, she said she heard her children talking to her friends about their mothers.
She laughed because she seemed to be watching a sitcom or comedy show because of the conversation the children had while talking about their mommies.
“Matagal ko nang alam na alam ni Mori ‘yung trabaho ko, pero hindi kasi yung pagiging artista ko, ang alam niya tagagawa ako ng laruan,” ang pahayag ni Jennica sa nakaraang episode ng “Mars Pa More.”
She said that she once heard Mori while playing with friends where the child was proud of her work.
“Totoo pala ‘yung mga jokes noong unang panahon, ‘yung ‘Wala kayo sa lola o lolo ko,’ kasi naririnig ko siya nakikipag-ganunan sa kaibigan niyang Inglisero, hindi naman sila nagkakaintindihan,” natatawang pahayag ng nakahiwalay na asawa ni Alwyn Uytingco.
“‘My mama, she came from the states and I have so many toys. My mom is a lawyer,’ sabi ng mga kalaro niya,” kuwento ni Jennica.
Mori said that she is very proud of her mommy’s work, “Sabi niya sa mga playmates niya, Well, my mom is a tindera!’
“Sabi ko, ‘Ay ito pala ‘yung jokes noong unang panahon,’ sinasabi pala talaga, alam pala nila ‘yon,” masayang chika pa ng aktres.
In fairness, since having her own family Jennica has been really working on ways to make money, especially when she decided to leave the world of showbiz for awhile.
“Maraket kasi ako. Nu’ng hindi ako nag-artista, hindi ako mapili sa trabaho,” ani Jennica na hindi ikinahihiya ang mga trabahong pinasok noong hindi na siya nag-aartista.
She also allegedly sold bread at their former residence,“Six floors ‘yung unit namin. Paglalagyan ko ngayon ‘yan ng flyers, de sulat lang sa pad paper tapos ilalagay ko ‘yung Viber number ko, tapos sasabihin ko sa kanila ‘Kaya kong mag-deliver ng 8 a.m. everyday, fresh!’”
It is said that Jennica earns up to P800 to P1,000 per day from her bread business.
